Large vintage sterling silver Navajo ring. This ring sports a two big cabochons of natural turquoise and red coral. Each cab is set in a smooth bezel and framed with twisted wire. the setting is long with bent wire appliques set around the edges. Mounted on top of a thick sterling band with a split shank. The ring is not signed, which is common with Native American made pieces from this era.

Condition: There appears to be a hairline fracture on the turquoise but the stone is not in danger of coming loose from the setting. Overall good condition for it's age with natural patina, Personal preferences vary greatly for the amount of patina on vintage jewelry, therefore I tend to sell jewelry "as found" and leave polishing up to the new owner.

Size: The band size 8, the setting is just under 1 1/2" long and 13/16" wide.

Hallmark: none, tests as sterling silver

Era: 1970's
