Vintage Navajo made sterling silver turquoise ring. The round turquoise cabochon has quite a bit of matrix and is set in a smooth bezel, surrounded by a small shadowbox design and a thick frame with light file work details. Setting is mounted on a thick split shank band. The ring is not signed, which is common with Navajo jewelry of this age.
Condition: Personal preferences vary greatly for the amount of patina on vintage jewelry, therefore I tend to sell jewelry "as found" and leave polishing up to the new owner.
Size: The band size is 5 and the setting is around 5/8" in diameter
Hallmark: none, tests as sterling.
Era: 1950's
